Data we collect

“Your game project” form: name, e-mail, studio or company (optional), project type, genre, platforms, engine, stage, budget, timeline, desired AI uses, project description, link (optional) and NDA choice. You provide this data voluntarily.

Technical data: the IP address and access logs are processed by the server for security and proper operation. To limit form abuse, an irreversible hash of your IP is kept for 24 hours at most.

We use no advertising, no embedded social networks and no third-party fonts or scripts. The content of your message is not stored on the site: it is sent by e-mail to our team.

Why and on what legal basis

• Answering your project request: steps taken at your request before a contract, and your consent (form checkbox).
• Site security and spam prevention: legitimate interest.
• Remembering your cookie choice: legal obligation to honour your choice.

Retention

• Project requests: for the duration of the exchange, then 3 years at most after the last contact.
• Anti-abuse hash: 24 hours at most.
• Server logs: limited period set by the host, usually under 12 months.
• Consent cookie: 6 months.

Recipients and transfers

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and, where applicable, Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to set directives for your data after your death.

To exercise them, write to hello [at] rockstarstudio.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country (for example the CNIL in France or the INPDP in Tunisia).

Cookies and trackers

This site uses no advertising or profiling cookies. The only cookie set is the one that remembers your choice.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, protected by a strict content security policy and security headers. The form is protected against abuse (single-use signed token, rate limiting, honeypot field) and its data is relayed without application-level storage.
